Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Eligibility:


Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:

If there are issues from our end and we are unable to deliver services as per the commitment.
Any request for refund must be made within 14 days of the issue arising.


Refund Process:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team or write us at wecare@infrasonicinc.com and provide details of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and determine eligibility for a refund.

  3. If eligible, the refund will be processed back to the original source of payment within 14-30 days, as per our payment policy.


Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation of subscriptions or services is possible at the end of the current subscription period, whether it's monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

  2. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation can be requested at any time before the next billing cycle.

  3. For quarterly or yearly plans, cancellation can be requested before the renewal date.


Timeframe:
Refunds will be processed within 14-30 days, as per our payment policy. This timeframe allows for the necessary processing and verification of the refund request. Please note that once classes are confirmed, there will be no refunds unless there are issues from our end. We are committed to delivering high-quality services, and in the event of any unforeseen circumstances preventing us from doing so, we will promptly initiate a refund.
